DALLAS — A 15-year-old was shot and killed Saturday morning in southern Dallas, according to police.
The Dallas Police Department (DPD) said officers responded at approximately 1:50 a.m. Saturday to the 3900 block of East Overton Road for a shooting call. When officers got to the scene, they found a 15-year-old had been shot, according to DPD. The teen was taken to a local hospital, where he died, DPD said.
Dallas police said they would not release the teen’s identity due to his age.
