20-year-old motorcyclist killed in North Texas crash​on March 20, 2025 at 3:10 am

ARLINGTON, Texas — A 20-year-old man is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle and a sedan, according to the Arlington Police Department.

Wednesday afternoon, a 20-year-old man riding a motorcycle and a Honda Accord were involved in a crash at the intersection of S. Cooper Street and Wimbledon Drive, APD said. Police believe the motorcycle was traveling north on Cooper and collided with the sedan, which was turning from southbound Cooper to eastbound Wimbledon.

According to police, officers responded to the scene around 2:20 p.m and found the motorcyclist unresponsive in the roadway. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police said the driver of the Honda Accord remained on scene and was cooperative with the investigation. APD said they were not injured and are not currently facing criminal charges.
