FORT WORTH, Texas — Fort Worth police arrested three people last week in a murder-for-hire plot where a woman allegedly lured in victims by pretending to be kidnapped, department officials told WFAA.
The three suspects – Estefana Delarosa, Christian Hernandez-Carrizales and Jesus Huitron – were arrested and charged for conspiracy to commit murder, police said.
According to Fort Worth police, the trio “acted together” and police believe “their actions showed intent to commit murder.”
“A plan was formulated which included telling the victims that the female had been kidnapped, with the intention of luring them to a particular location where they would be ambushed,” police officials said in an email to WFAA.
Jail records show Hernandez-Carrizales was also charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault by impeding breath or circulation. Bond for both Delarosa and Huitron’s conspiracy to commit murder charge were set at $100,000 apiece. Bond for Hernandez-Carrizales’ conspiracy to commit murder charge was set at $150,000 and his other two charges had bond amounts of $20,000 each.
Jail records show Huitron posted bond and was released from jail on Thursday. Hernandez-Carrizales and Delarosa were still in Tarrant County Jail on Friday morning.
