After all the destruction the Liberals have done to our country in the past ten years there are Canadians who actually believe a new Liberal leader is going to repair everything. They now want a leader with no political experience, in fact not even an MP. The Liberals finally caught on to Trudeau and had to admit they screwed up voting him in. Now they’re going to fall for another Liberal trick. Don’t be fooled again.
Barry Harris
(Voters will have their say soon enough.)
Bad Partner
Why do we attempt to negotiate fair trade with someone who does not keep his word? If Trump invades us to take us over as the 51st state, we’ll invoke Article 5 of the NATO agreement, right?
Doug Radke
(That would be up to our other NATO allies.)

Buy Canada
For more than 50 years, I have been berated, called names, and lost friends for my insistence on buying Canadian. Did you buy a foreign car in the 1970s or ’80s? How about clothing from Asia? A vacuum cleaner? Tools, a lawnmower? Ever check the tags for product import? Starting in the very late; ’60s, I did. North American-made car plants started closing. I whined a little more as other sectors shrank. I had a good job and shopped at Eaton’s or such stores. I argued with guys about buying $10 jeans at Kmart or such places. The Barton St. Arrow shirt outlet closed along with the Levi plant. Cougar shoes? It got worse every year. Our cars did improve to compete. So, now we’re going to go full speed ahead and save the country by buying a bag of cookies. My anger comes from Canadians not supporting their neighbours for years.

(We should always provide this much support for Canadian products.)
Trudeau sticking it to us
Trudeau sticks it to Canadians as he leaves. He could not miss out on sticking it to the Canadian people one more time by proroguing Parliament so the Liberals can regroup. This won’t help them. It will, however, leave Canada open to all sorts of foreign governments taking advantage of Canada as our government is not working during this time.
Richard Mrozinski
(This is the time we need it working the most.)
