Reacher Season 3 release date, cast, trailer and more

Reacher is about to make its highly-anticipated return to our TV screens in just a matter of days, and we can hardly wait.

Each season of the series has been based on a different title from author Lee Child’s namesake series. Season three is an adaptation of the seventh novel ‘Persuader’.

Here’s everything we know about the third season ahead of its release:

Plot

In season three Jack Reacher, a veteran military police investigator, finds himself embroiled in yet another criminal conspiracy- what’s new!?

But this time, he must help rescue an undercover DEA informant while he confronts his own haunted past.

Its official synopsis reads: ‘Reacher travels to Maine in search of a deadly foe from his past and ends up entangled with rogue DEA agents, dangerous killers, and a mysterious family business.’

Cast

Reacher season three boasts a stellar cast of familiar faces as well as new additions to the line-up.

Of course, the hunky Alan Ritchson is reprising his role as the titular character. Meanwhile Frances Neagley returns as Maria Sten, a confidante who served with him in the army.

A few names joining the cast include Anthony Michael Hall as Zachary Beck, this season’s antagonist, Johnny Berchtold as Richard Beck, Zachary Beck’s son, and Sonya Cassidy as Susan Duffy, a DEA agent.

Release

Season three of Reacher premieres on Prime Video with the first three episodes on February 20.

Thereafter, the remaining five episodes will be released weekly on Thursdays until March 27.

Judging by the trailer, season three of Reacher promises to be just as action-packed as its predecessors.
