Norelle Wilkinson, 70, is a mother of four and grandmother to 12. She retired after being judged permanently disabled after she was mugged. An insulin-dependent diabetic, she is now losing her eyesight and needs surgery and has been homeless in her car near Crockatt Park in northern Brisbane for four months
