Azerbaijani ambassador condemns EU ‘hypocrisy’ on climate and says Simon Harris should have attended Cop29

The Azerbaijani ambassador to Ireland has said it was disappointing that Taoiseach Simon Harris did not attend the Cop29 climate summit as he criticised EU leaders for “hypocrisy” on climate action.
