​A Calgary massage therapist, charged earlier in March relating to a January sexual assault incident, is facing three additional charges. Donald Patrick Harris, 46, was initially charged with one count of sexual assault after a client reported the incident to police in February. It is alleged the incident occurred at Parkview Massage and Wellness, 3125-380

Donald Patrick Harris, 46, was initially charged with one count of sexual assault after a client reported the incident to police in February. It is alleged the incident occurred at Parkview Massage and Wellness, 3125-380 Canyon Meadows Dr. S.E., in January 2025.

“It is believed that during the session the massage therapist touched the victim in a sexual manner without consent,” the Calgary Police Service said in the original news release about the first reported assault.

Additional victims have since reported incidents, and as a result of the investigation, Harris is facing three more sexual assault charges.

He is scheduled to appear in court on all four sexual assault charges on May 8.

Police issued a reminder that in Canada, there is no time limit on reporting a sexual assault. Anyone who believes they are a victim of sexual assault is encouraged to report it, even if many years have passed since the incident.
