Finding the perfect pair of jeans is no easy feat, but Dunnes Stores is making it possible with a range of styles on sale.

The Savida Wide Leg High Rise Pocket Jeans are just €30 – providing comfort and style on a budget.

Shoppers can pick up the trousers in a range of sizes, from 6 to 18.

The gorgeous jeans come in a flattering shape, with a high fitted waistline and wide-leg style.

This is perfect for accentuating your curves, and could be worn with a range of tops depending on the occasion.

Fashion fans can add a chic blazer for an office day or classy night out look.

Or, add an oversized jumper for a casual yet put-together look.

In the official item description on the Dunnes Stores website, fashion chiefs said: “These wide leg jeans from Savida are crafted from an ultra-soft cotton-rich fabric with plenty of built-in stretch.

“They are designed with a flattering high waist and two patch pockets at the front with silver-toned hardware.

“Savida is available exclusively at Dunnes Stores.”

But the jeans are set to sell out very fast, so shoppers should be quick.

The retailer is selling a range of tops to add to the outfit – and they’re perfect for summer.

For a classy night out or office look, shoppers can add a gorgeous new blazer with short sleeves.

The Gallery Square Neck Waistcoat is available in stores and online now for just €25.

The must-have piece comes in sizes 8 to 18.

The retailer said: “Exude sophistication with this square neck waistcoat from Gallery.

“It is cut to a regular fit with a longline silhouette and features a button-through front, wide straps, and two faux flap pockets at the front.

“Gallery is available exclusively at Dunnes Stores.”

HUGE DUPE

And to complete the outfit, the retailer is selling the perfect pair of sandals.

The new Fisherman Style sandals are huge dupes for a major brand – but cost €115 less.

The shoes cost €25 and can be picked up in sizes 37 up to 42.

They are a major dupe of a popular designer brand, Doc Martens, which is famous for its chunky soled footwear.

But the Doc Marten summer sandals can cost up to €150 in some places.

The Dunnes Stores version cost just €25, meaning shoppers can save up to a whopping €120.

THE HISTORY OF DUNNES STORES

DUNNES Stores opened its first store on Patrick Street in Cork in 1944 – and it was an instant hit.

Shoppers from all over the city rushed to the store to snap up quality clothing at pre-war prices in Ireland’s first ‘shopping frenzy’.

During the excitement, a window was forced in and the police had to be called to help control the crowds hoping to bag founder Ben Dunne’s ‘Better Value’ bargains.

Dunnes later opened more stores in the 1950s and began to sell groceries in 1960 – starting with apples and oranges.

The retailer said: “Fruit was expensive at the time and Ben Dunne yet again offered Better Value than anyone else in town.

“Over time, our food selection has grown and that spirit of good value has remained strong.

“Now we offer a wide range of carefully-sourced foods from both local Irish suppliers and overseas.”

The retailer’s first Dublin store opened its doors in 1957 on Henry Street and a super store on South Great Georges Street was unveiled in 1960.

They added: “In 1971, our first Northern Irish store opened, and many others soon followed.

“Expansion continued in the 1980s in Spain, and later into Scotland and England.”

Dunnes now has 142 stores and employs 15,000 people.
