Former Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi acted like a ‘jilted lover’ after being left out of talks between the UK, France and Germany, state papers reveal

Files released to the National Archives show that that Berlusconi was particularly ‘hurt’ by the behaviour of Tony Blair because he had backed the UK over the invasion of Iraq.
