We’ve got another exciting Big 12 matchup on schedule as the Utah Utes and the Iowa State Cyclones are set to tip at 8:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday at James H. Hilton Coliseum. Iowa State was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Baylor only racked up 11.
Utah’s defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Iowa State, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the victory, which was their 26th straight at home dating back to last season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Utah has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 40.4 rebounds per game. However, it’s not like Iowa State struggles in that department as they’ve been averaging 37.2. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we’ll see if one team can grab an edge.
