ITC confirms ITC Hotels listing within 60 days of December 16 NCLT order

The demerger of ITC’s hotels business into ITC Hotels, sanctioned by the NCLT, is set to take effect on January 1, 2025. January 6, 2025, has been fixed as the record date to identify ITC shareholders eligible for allotment of ITC Hotels equity shares. Shares of ITC Ltd ended at ₹477.10, down by ₹1.80, or 0.38%, on the BSE.
