The family moment comes amid ongoing custody issues. As we reported … Meghan lost temporary physical custody earlier this month, with a judge granting her supervised visitation and awarding Jim sole physical custody of all three kids.
At the time, a source told TMZ the ruling followed a report from a school employee who contacted Child Protective Services after Meghan allegedly gave her 6-year-old son, Hayes, unprescribed Ritalin multiple times and asked the school nurse to administer it, despite him not having an ADHD diagnosis.
