Man, 25, fatally shot in Greater Grand Crossing​on March 10, 2025 at 2:14 pm

A 25-year-old man was fatally shot in Greater Grand Crossing Sunday night, according to Chicago Police.

Police responded to a shooting at the 7600 block of South Langley Avenue around 11:49 p.m. Upon arrival, officers said they found a 25-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds. The man was given medical treatment by the Chicago Fire Department and transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say they are investigating the death as a homicide.
