A motorbike rider was airlifted to hospital on Sunday following a mid-morning crash in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Paramedics reported the man suffered potentially life-threatening head and chest injuries after he crashed while riding in the Kenilworth National Park about 10am.
He was flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
LifeFlight reported that shortly after returning, the rescue crew was called to another incident on K’gari.
