Marvel Studios has revealed the star-studded cast lineup for the highly anticipated film adaptation of “The Fantastic Four,” bringing together a talented ensemble to portray the iconic superheroes.
Pedro Pascal, known for his roles in “The Mandalorian” and “The Last of Us,” will take on the role of Reed Richards, also known as Mister Fantastic. Joining him is Vanessa Kirby as Susan Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm.
The announcement, made on Wednesday via Marvel Studios’ social media accounts, coincided with Valentine’s Day, adding to the excitement surrounding the project. A retro illustrated Valentine’s Day card featuring the cast members hinted at a possible 1960s setting for the film.
“The Fantastic Four” holds a special place in Marvel’s comic history, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1961. The team of scientists-turned-superheroes has captivated audiences with their relatable dynamics and wry humor, setting a precedent for the Marvel universe.
