“I can confirm that David Todd Laboucan Harvey has been located safe,” said Cpl Madonna Saunderson RCMP North District to the Daily Herald Tribune.

“We are no longer looking for him.”
A month ago today on Oct. 15 Dawson Creek RCMP asked the public if they had seen Harvey – after last being spotted on Oct. 10.
“David Todd Laboucan Harvey was last seen earlier that day shortly before 5:30 p.m.,” said RCMP then, adding police made patrols for Harvey, but were unsuccessful in locating him at the time.
On Oct. 10 RCMP were contacted requesting a wellbeing check on Harvey as he had missed his curfew.
This was the second time in 2025 RCMP issued a missing persons release about Harvey – who was also reported missing curfew on Aug. 26 He was also reported missing, and then subsequently located in May of 2023 from Fort St. John.
