Supporters gathered in Belfast on Saturday to protest the police investigation into the death of schoolboy Noah Donohoe.
Noah Donohoe (14) was found dead in a storm drain in north Belfast in June 2020 – six days after he went missing as he cycled to meet up with friends.
Activists gathered for a demonstration protesting the police investigation surrounding his death.
Led by Noah’s mother, Fiona, the crowd marched from Custom House Square to Belfast City Hall.
The Noah’s Army- Feet on the Street march was organised by Through Her Eyes.
Crowds chanted as speeches called for action following the death of the St Malachy’s College pupil.
Many supporters carried signs featuring images of Noah and slogans demanding “Justice for Noah” and “remember my Noah”.
A large number of activists wore blue as they marched across the city in solidarity with the campaign.
Police have previously stated they believe the St Malachy’s College pupil entered a drain in the Northwood Road area.
His body was discovered further down the drain network, near the M2.
Following Noah’s death, critics voiced widespread concern over the PSNI’s handling of the case, calling for “full transparency” in the investigation.
An inquest is expected later this year, as additional CCTV footage is reviewed to provide clarity on the circumstances surrounding his death.
