Gersh has named veteran agent Pamela Goldman Head of Gersh Voice, a new division dedicated to voiceover talent and content development.
Goldman joins from Buchwald, where she worked for over two decades. Based out of Gersh’s New York office, she will continue to represent her existing roster of talent, while taking on Gersh clients across animated series, films, video games, scripted podcasts, and audiobooks. She and her team will also collaborate with clients to develop and sell original animated and longform audio projects.
Goldman’s time at Buchwald saw her rise from intern to department head. She specialized in commercials for 15 years before going on to launch the agency’s bicoastal Animation division in 2019.
“We are excited to launch Gersh Voice and expand our reach in that space, with Pamela at its helm,” said the agency’s President, Leslie Siebert. “Pamela is a highly respected leader in the industry with an exceptional track record of delivering results for clients. She understands both the talent side and the evolving voiceover landscape and will be an invaluable addition to our team.”

For Gersh, the launch of Gersh Voice is part of a strategic growth plan that has recently seen the agency double in size, expanding its presence into 16 countries. Following a 2023 equity investment from Crestview Partners, the agency acquired two departments from the shuttered A3 — forming Gersh Digital and expanding its Alternative department — as well as the global sports and entertainment agency You First, which established Gersh as a player in worldwide sports representation.
Siebert was upped to sole President of Gersh in restructuring earlier this year, with veteran agent Bonnie Bernstein joining from CAA.
