Authorities in Miami are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing endangered adult.
According to police, 83-year-old Jose Ducasse was last seen in the Allapattah area on Thursday.
He is described as a Black male, a 5-foot-6, weighing 130 lbs., bald with brown eyes.
