Baywest Homes achieves this in the Aurora. This 1,495-square-foot laned single-family model is now displayed as a show home in CreekView. This new southwest Calgary community is positioned roughly 10 minutes south of the amenity-rich Shawnessy Village Shopping Centre.

The Aurora’s primary bedroom boasts large windows that overlook the front yard. At 12 feet six inches by 11 feet, the sleep space is well-sized.

One of its high points is the walk-in closet. Relative to the bedroom, its dimensions exceed expectations. The closet can support and organize two wardrobes, and serve as a dressing room.
