The videos show accusers talking to investigators about their alleged assaults.

Defense attorneys for the Tal, Alon and Oren Alexander, however, argue that many of the women did not report the incidents to police for years, suggesting the motivation behind the accusations may be financial.

One victim describes resisting sexual advances before becoming more aggressive.

“I didn’t want to have sex with him,” she said. “As I’m pulling away, he starts to get more aggressive.”

Prosecutors allege that Alon and Oren Alexander promised women flights to exotic locations, such as Tulum, Mexico and the Hamptons, but when alone, they would allegedly drug the women before they raped them.

Investigators said the alleged assaults occurred over a 10-year period.

“I remember feeling really stressed out and I could barely speak. I started crying,” one woman said in part when recalling the alleged assault. “I told him I didn’t want to do this, but he just told me to stop it.”

Both Oren and Alon Alexander are facing charges in the state’s case and federal charges alongside Tal Alexander, who is not charged in the state case.

Edward O’Donnell IV and Joel Denaro, the defense attorneys for the Alexander brothers, issued a statement Wednesday, which can be read here:

“These men loving fathers, husbands, and sons who are being wrongfully accused. We ask that the media and the public keep an open mind and wait for the truth to come out.”
