1. Dark Arts has been placed in one of his six starts. He was beaten less than three lengths when a last start fourth at Rosehill, and warrants thought again here if he can maintain that form. 2. Dwayne is on debut here and has had two trials leading into this. A bold showing is on the cards. 3. Mission Giant finished second at Wyong when last produced and is not out of this, while 4. Queen Strada has finished second in two of four starts and is well worth including among the main chances.

Race 4

3. Lyles raced on the speed and battled on strongly when going down narrowly behind President at Rosehill when last produced. It was a strong effort, and he only needs to run up to that effort in order to be rated the one to beat here. 14. Good Hotspur was fourth behind a classy type at his latest start and a repeat of that would have him hard to hold out here. 4. Monte Veebee has been placed in three of six starts and only needs to run up to that form to be a chance here. 1. Mission Gold ran second on debut at this track and has the ability to go on with the job in this.

How to play it: Lyles WIN.

Race 5

4. Monkhana was a winner at Hawkesbury when resuming and then ran ninth at Warwick Farm as favourite when last produced. She is talented and has the ability to make an impact here. 5. Otono is a two-time winner from five starts and she should be in the finish here if she’s anywhere near her best. 6. Perfect Justice scored a strong win at Canberra two starts ago and then ran a solid second at the same track when last produced. He looks set to run well again in this. 3. Ilovenews was a big winner at Taree two starts ago and then ran well behind a handy one at Wyong at his latest start. A bold showing is on the cards in this.

How to play it: Monkhana WIN.

Race 6

1. Punch Lane is a handy performer that won the Glasshouse Handicap last year at the Sunshine Coast. He’s never been far away and is well performed in good grade races. 2. Kintyre was midfield in the Festival Stakes before being spelled, and he was midfield in the Epsom behind Ceolwulf when not beaten far. 10. World Alliance has been racing well and comes into this on the back of two placings, while 11. General Salute is resuming on the back of a trial win and should be primed to perform well.

How to play it: Punch Lane EACH WAY.

She resumed with a solid fourth at Warwick Farm and then hit the line well to score a strong win at Warwick Farm when last produced. 2. Dominetta has only missed a placed twice from six starts and should make an impact in this. 6. Good Sort has a handy record and has only missed a place three times from eight starts, while 7. Idle Flyer drops in grade for this and is worth plenty of thought.

How to play it: Brigidine Gal EACH WAY.

He’s run well in a trial since then and looks set to perform well again. 8. Eternal resumed with a close-up effort at Canterbury before failing at Rosehill. She’s performed well in a trial since then and is not out of this. 10. November Falls wasn’t beaten far last time out and is far from the worst here, while 13. Jupiter Hills failed to beat a runner home last time out but can show up here without surprising.

How to play it: Energetic Legend WIN.
