1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) dry mustard

1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce

2 drops Tabasco sauce

1/2 cup (125 mL) preferred local craft beer, at room temperature

In a mixing bowl, combine cheese, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt. Gradually beat in beer. Adjust seasonings to taste.
