RTE Late Late Show have made some last-minute changes for tonight’s show after the death of Mick O’Dwyer.
The legendary GAA star sadly died at the age of 88 after an incomparable career that yielded eight All-Ireland titles as Kerry boss.

On Thursday morning, O’Dwyer’s family confirmed that he had “passed away peacefully in the care of the wonderful medical team in Kenmare Community Hospital”.
Following the news of his passing, the Late Late Show have made some last-minute changes to tonight’s show to pay a tribute to Mick.
They will be celebrating Mick’s life and sporting career by inviting various Irish sports presenters in the RTE studio.
Marty Morrissey and Des Cahill, former Minister of Sport and Mick’s former Kerry teammate, Jimmy Deenihan, former Kerry footballer, Jack O’Shea, former Laois footballer, Ross Munnelly and former Kildare footballer, Johnny Doyle will be sharing their fond memories with ‘Micko’.
They will be discussing his massive achievements within the sport and share memories of Mick on and off the pitch.
Also on tonight’s show is Amy Huberman and Deirdre O’Kane, ahead of the release of the comedy film Fran the Man, which they both star in.
They will be sitting down with Patrick Kielty to chat about their most recent projects, their love of comedy and how laughter is at the heart of their friendship.
The pair will also be speaking about joining talented Irish comics on Last One Laughing.
Labour Party Leader, Ivana Bacik will be in studio where she will discuss a range of crucial political and social issues currently dominating the national conversation.
Ivana will share her thoughts on what Trump’s 20 per cent tariff will mean for Ireland and what the Labour Party want to achieve in opposition.
While Kate O’Connor, who’s fresh from the World Athletic Indoor Championships in China, will be sharing her reaction to winning a silver medal in the pentathlon race, securing Ireland’s first medal at the event in 19 years.
Having won a bronze medal at the European Indoor Championships just two weeks prior, Kate will chat about 2025 so far, her future plans and what it’s like to have her Dad as her coach!
And finally, Ryan McMullan will make his Late Late debut ahead of his Irish tour.
The singer will be performing Bowie on the Radio from his debut album, Redesign.
