A fire erupted Thursday at a recycling center in northwest Miami-Dade.
Sky 10 was above Ferrous Processing & Trading Co Miami, located at 3700 NW North River Drive, as heavy smoke was coming from the area.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials confirmed that the fire involved a pile of scrap metal.
As of 11:50 a.m., firefighters were still working to extinguish the blaze.
At this time, no injuries have been reported, however first responders urged those with respiratory conditions to avoid the area.
Miami-Dade Transit officials warned commuters that due to the fire, there might be some delays between the Earlington Heights and the Airport Station.
