THE COLONY, Texas — A 35-year-old Texas man was arrested Friday for continuous sexual assault of a child, The Colony police said in a press release.
According to The Colony Police Department, Blake Everett Odie was arrested on charges of continuous sexual abuse, which is a first-degree felony that carries a sentence of 25 to 99 years in prison if convicted. Odie’s arrest followed an investigation earlier this month that was prompted by reports from multiple victims, the department said.
Odie’s bond was set at $350,000, according to police.
