‘The sharks are circling’ – Tipperary pensioner who has warrant out for his arrest lodges judicial review challenge to log-cabin refusal

A Tipperary pensioner who has had a bench warrant issued for his arrest believed he did not have to appear in court after he lodged judicial review proceedings following An Bord Pleanála’s refusal to grant retention for a log cabin he built without planning permission.
