Lynch weekend: David Lynch’s wonderful, tense-as-eff Blue Velvet plays Saturday night in tribute to the passing of one of Earth’s greatest filmmakers, starring handsome and doe-eyed Jeffrey Beaumont (Kyle Maclachlan) wandering straight into the arms of evil centred on Frank Booth (Dennis Hopper). Isabella Rossellini and Laura Dern are also incredible in this classic.

Then on Sunday afternoon, it’s The Short Films of David Lynch, a rare opportunity to see these on the big screen with 2K restorations! See you there!
