Tommy Tiernan better get his apple tart and scone recipes up to scratch as he is set to fly the flag for the Irish on the Stand Up To Cancer Great Celebrity Bake Off special.
The full celebrity line-up has been announced for the 2025 season, with 20 famous faces set to try their hand at securing a position as the top baker.
Fan favourite presenter Prue Leith will be noticeably absent from the Channel 4 special as she has been replaced by her close pal Caroline Waldegrave.

Caroline was Managing Director and co-owner of Prue’s School of Food and Wine. The 72-year-old applied for the job before she became a close friend of 84-year-old Prue.
Alison Hammond, Noel Fielding, and Paul Hollywood will remain firm fixtures on the show.
Tommy will be joined by Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway, Loose Women’s Gloria Hunniford, and Chicken Shop Date’s Amelia Dimoldenberg.
Sophie Willan, Phil Wang, Sarah Beeny, Ellie Goldstein, Meera Syal, Chris Ramsay and his wife Rosie, Scarlette Douglas and her brother Stuart will also be vying for the top spot.
Adam Buxton, Jim Howick, Roman Kemp, Jamali Maddix, Gbemisola Ikumelo and Maxine Peake, Sophie Willan, and Phil Wang will also be competing in the contest.
Prue confirmed her departure from the specials on This Morning in March, citing back-to-back filming demands as the reason she won’t be partaking in the special episodes.
She explained that she would not be parting ways with the show for good, saying: ‘It’s absolutely not true at all! [that she’s quit the show]. What I’m not doing this year is the celebrity one.’
‘These things are filmed back-to-back all the way through summer from April to August so you don’t get any time off. I’m getting quite old and there are places I want to see. So I’m not doing this year’s.’
