Police in aurora spent all night investigating a shooting.
AURORA, Ill. (WLS) — Multiple agencies responded to the scene in Aurora in what police said began as a traffic stop and led to gunfire.
It’s unclear who fired shots in the early morning hours near Broadway and Hazel in Aurora.

Sheriff deputy vehicles and police cruisers surrounded a black Honda sedan that appears its windows are shot out and debris on the ground as well.
This is next to Spring Lake Memorial Gardens Cemetery and South Broadway Park on the other side of the street.
The Kane County Major Crimes Task Force is now taking over the investigation.
Police still have Broadway closed between Evans and Ashland while officers are investigating and ask people to avoid the area.
