Grande Prairie RCMP say 15-year-old Savanna Clement’s disappearance is of great concern and they’re hoping someone has information that leads to finding her.

Clement was last seen in Grande Prairie on Sept. 2 and people are worried about her well-being. They hope someone’s information leads to them being able to speak with her and confirm that she’s safe.
Clement is described as being of medium complexion, four feet five inches tall, 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
