THE Baller League is HERE with star managers and talented players from around the non-League scene descending on the Copper Box.
The competition sees 12 teams managed by a variety of footballing legends, including the likes of Luis Figo, Ian Wright, John Terry, Gary Lineker, Robert Pires and Alan Shearer.
Harry Cain is expected to be one of the stars of the competition.
He has over a million followers on TikTok for creating solely football based videos and coaching others – this is what made AngryGinge pick him for his team, Yanited.
Harry Cain – not the Bayern Munich star – better known as Coach Cain on Instagram and TikTok is another addition to the tantalising Baller League.
Cain is also a Uefa B-level coach and could help AngryGinge and his Yanited team-mates to victory in the Baller League.
What is the Baller League and how will it be played?
- Youtube sensation and boxer KSI will be the president of the Baller League.
- Six a-side tournament.
- Games will consist of two 15 minute halves
- After 11 games, the top four placed teams will meet in the play-offs to determine the winner of the competition.
- Games will be played weekly every Monday from March 24, and will stream live on YouTube and Twitch, as well as be shown on Sky Sports Mix in the UK.
- The first match kicks off at 5.35pm.
- Celebrities, futsal players, and former players will compete in the indoor football tournament.
- Premier League legends such as John Terry, Alan Shearer, Robert Pires and Ian Wright are all managers in the baller league with the likes of Luis Figo, Alisha Lehmann, Chloe Kelly, rapper Dave and content creators Angryginge and Tobi Brown.
- Every match of the competition is set to be shown live on Monday nights from the Copper Box Arena in London.
