X Factor star Eoghan Quigg pops the question to longtime love

Eoghan Quigg is worlds away from that young boy that auditioned for The X Factor in 2008; 17 years later he’s a dad of four, and now… a fiancé!

The 32-year-old got down on bended knee to pop the question to his longtime love Amy Campbell and no surprise, she said yes.

Their tour guide was on-hand as their photographer and videographer to capture Eoghan and Amy’s special moment.

The couple’s engagement announcement video played to the tune of his fellow Irish singer RuthAnne’s viral track The Vow, made viral by Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury.

Eoghan wrote: ‘Today I asked my best friend to marry me and she said YES! 💍🤍 27.2.25.’

A host of followers flocked to the comments section with words of congratulations. Talking Bollix podcaster Terence O’Brien penned: ‘Deadly news Quiggy!! Congratulations to both of you!!,’ while social media star Emma Kearney wrote: ‘Omg. My fav couple congratulations!!’

Elsewhere Amy told her now-fiancé Eoghan: ‘Love you forever’. And that she does, Amy and Eoghan have been together since 2015 and bought their first home together in 2019.

Amy already had two children from a previous relationship but The X Factor star treats them as his own.

At nearly two years old, Emmy was then blessed with a baby brother, Camden Eoghan Quigg, in April 2023.
