Alberta Premier Danielle Smith’s office said the decision to build a pipeline lies solely with Prime Minister Mark Carney and the federal government.

So, when the Grey Cup comes and Alberta has no C-5 approved pipeline, let us remember that it was PM Carney and the federal government that trampled on our prosperity again.

Smith and the UCP government always talk about Alberta being sovereign, so let us start acting as if there is no Canada in every decision we make.

We should never, ever trust Canada again, and open up a dialogue with President Donald Trump to implement greater interaction with the United States as a sovereign Alberta.

The time of Alberta wasting our breath on Canada is done …

PARK YOUR BUTT, MR. PM

Would somebody mind explaining why taxpayers are on the hook for Prime Minister Mark Carney flying to Egypt (for the Middle East peace summit) at the last minute for something he had nothing to do with? Yet here we are forking over large sums of money so he can get his mug in there to pretend like he cares.

Carney had no business going to Egypt, and as a taxpayer I’m getting fed up with him travelling the globe while demanding we submit to being net-zero.

Lead by example, Mark, if you’re in fact capable of leading at all. You have issues to deal with in Canada, so park your butt here and deal with those. You’ve shown yourself to be worse than Justin Trudeau, and I didn’t think that was possible.

HOW’S MR. FIX IT WORKIN’ FOR YA?

Ten years of Justin Trudeau and his Liberals destroying our once-great country with their absurd spending, massive immigration and ridiculous bills that stopped projects that would have made us less dependent on the U.S.A., and where are we today?

Billions of dollars more debt, highest tariffs ever, millions of Canadians still lining up at food banks to feed their children because certain Canadians said they didn’t want change. Mark Carney will fix it all. How is that going so far?
