Is there any compelling reason Alberta taxpayers’ money is spent to send Health Minister Adriana LaGrange and Mental Health and Addiction Minister Dan Williams to attend the U.S. National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C.?

While Alberta’s in-crisis health ministry certainly needs prayers these days, would those said right here in Alberta not suffice, supplemented by thousands of dollars saved and put to use keeping cancer patients out of storage rooms or hospital hallways?
