How about a national holiday March 10 to celebrate the departure of, quite frankly, the worst prime minister since Confederation?

This lame-duck leader has done diddly in nearly a decade but travel the world and the seven seas at the expense of overtaxed Canadians, at the same time telling us we should be ashamed of our past while pushing his divisive woke agenda and green dreams, and killing pipelines that, had we built them, would have made us self-sufficient.

The door will hit him as he poses for one last selfie.

TIME TO DIVERSIFY

On March 4, 2025, we saw a wedge inserted between two countries that have been allies for a long time. The wedge was inserted by a narcissistic would-be dictator.

WE NEED TRUE LEADERSHIP

All the politicians have been beating their chests about how brave they have been in the face of American tariffs. As if we can dent an economy about 100 times larger than ours with counter-tariffs. And not one word about what we really need. Leadership to begin building this country toward expanding our raw-material marketing around the world and away from the U.S.A. and the infrastructure to make it happen.

What’s wrong with these so-called leaders?

Re: Ottawa to hold byelection to replace Darouze in Osgoode Ward, online, March 5

For not the first time, a current politician, who eagerly solicited our vote for his current role, changes his mind about the situation. And the taxpayer gets the bill for the expenses.

Change your mind? Absolutely no problem. Pick up the bill on your way out the door.
