Amber Alert: Vancouver police seek abducted two-year-old boy​on March 13, 2025 at 8:17 pm

A provincewide Amber Alert has been issued for a two-year-old boy with extensive medical issues who has allegedly been abducted by his father.

Theodore Lim, who was wearing all-grey clothing, black shoes with white soles, and is on a ventilator, is believed to be with Davis Lim. The suspect is five-foot-nine with black hair, wearing a green T-shirt with white logo, black pants and shoes.

Their last known location was 2780 East Broadway Ave. in Vancouver. They might be travelling in a blue 2006 Volkwagen Jetta with B.C. plates 325 VCH.

Anyone who sees the toddler and adult male is asked not to approach and to call 911 immediately.
