Edmonton police are asking for the public’s help to identify the people responsible for a north Edmonton shooting and arson nearly one year ago.
On March 29, 2024, at around 10 p.m., more than 10 shots were fired at a white SUV parked outside a Beaumaris home near 102 Street and 158 Avenue, police said in a news release Thursday.
“Stray rounds struck multiple vehicles and a residence in the area,” police said. “Fortunately, no injuries were reported.”

Shortly after, a black SUV that police believe was connected to the shooting was seen burning near 92 Street and 144 Avenue, officers said.
The vehicle fire “damaged multiple adjacent vehicles and property, and posed a significant risk to the community,” police said, adding surveillance video showed “two unknown people running away from the burning vehicle.”
