The Calgary Food Bank revealed its new branch on Tuesday, further bolstering its ability to provide accessible, community-based food support.

Located in the NEOMA Building at 706 7 Ave. S.W., the transit-accessible branch is managed by the non-profit HomeSpace, which houses clients for Inn from The Cold.

“We are expanding our services to the community. We will be opening this space for as many as 200 households at a later date in the summer of 2025,” said Melissa From, President & CEO, Calgary Food Bank

“Collaborating with these organizations helps to ensure a coordinated, community-driven approach to food security,” said the Calgary Food Bank in a media release.
