Veteran music agents Zach Iser and Caroline Yim have moved from WME to UTA as Partners & Agents in the agency’s music department.
The duo, who had been at WME for the past four years, have represented some of the biggest names in Hip-Hop and R&B throughout their careers. It is unclear yet which of their clients will be following them to UTA. Iser is based in Miami and Yim in L.A.
“We’ve long admired the way Zach and Caroline discover, nurture, and build the careers of artists,” said UTA’s David Kramer. “We’re thrilled to welcome them to UTA and have our clients benefit from their command of the hip-hop and R&B arena. We will continue to invest in music and remain focused on providing our artists with the absolute best pathway to thrive.”
Yim and Iser joined WME in 2021 as partners and co-heads of the agency Music division’s Hip-Hop/R&B team. Before that, they were at CAA.

Yim began her career at MCA Records before transitioning to ICM Partners and then CAA. Iser began his career as a talent manager and promoter in New York City before joining ICM Partners as the agency’s youngest agent at the time.
Over the years, the duo have worked with such top artists as Kendrick Lamar, Anderson .Paak, Jhené Aiko, Kehlani, Megan Thee Stallion, Daniel Caesar and Swae Lee.
Iser and Yim have both been featured on lists including Billboard’s “Hip-Hop/R&B Power Players.” Yim also co-founded the Asian American Collective, a community organization that fosters growth, education, and connection for current and future Asian American creatives.
