Adam Nevin (30) is head chef of The Morrison Room at ­Carton House in Maynooth, Co Kildare and was previously head chef at The Dorchester in London. Nevin and his team were awarded a ­Michelin star at the 2025 UK and Ireland Michelin Awards.
