Meanwhile, Arsenal have been drawn against PSV Eindhoven in what could be a tricky fixture.
And on the same side of the draw, Aston Villa will take on Belgian side Club Brugge.
All three Premier League clubs have been placed on the same side, ruling out the possibility of an all-English final.
Should Liverpool defeat PSG across two legs, they could meet Aston Villa in the quarters.

If the Gunners beat PSV, they will take on either Atletico Madrid or Real Madrid.
And should Mikel Arteta and Co make it to the semi-finals, we could see an all-English match-up.
