DALLAS — A driver died Saturday morning after crashing their vehicle into a gas pump at a Circle K along Interstate 30, according to Dallas police.
The Dallas Police Department (DPD) said officers responded to the crash at approximately 3:01 a.m. Saturday at the Circle K located at 5526 East R. L. Thornton service road. The driver was seriously injured, DPD said, and medics tried to save the person’s life by performing CPR while taking them to a hospital.
The driver, who has not been identified, died shortly after arriving at the hospital, according to DPD.
No further information was available Saturday afternoon.
