TOTTENHAM and Nottingham Forest will meet on Easter Monday live on Sky Sports.
The Matchday 33 showdown is taking place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and with Forest’s recent struggles on the road, it offers the Londoners a great chance to claim a second successive home win in what has been a disappointing season.

Tottenham vs Nottingham Forest predictions
The Premier League has been a disaster for Spurs this season. The Lillywhites have just 37 points from 32 matches. They have won 11, drawn four and lost 17.
Furthermore, Tottenham have won just four Premier League matches in 2025. Three of the wins came in a three-match winning streak in February. Since then, Spurs have picked up just four points from a possible 18.
A run of four matches without a win ended with a 3-1 victory over Southampton at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Matchday 31.
Any optimism that this represented Spurs’ turning a corner soon disappeared when the team lost 4-2 away at Wolves last weekend.
Nottingham Forest have also found the going tough in recent weeks.
Back-to-back Premier League defeats away to Aston Villa and at home to Everton has seen the Tricky Trees drop from third in the table, a position they had held since the beginning of 2025.
Furthermore, Forest have lost four of their last five on the road. A 4-2 win away at Ipswich on Matchday 29 is their only joy away from the City Ground since a 3-0 win away at Wolves on January 6th.
Whatever happens between now and the end of the season, it has been a great campaign for Nuno’s team. No one expected them to be in the top three for as long as they were, and Forest have also made it to the semi-final of the FA Cup.
But having come this far, the Tricky Trees won’t want to fall at the final hurdle, as they have looked set to finish in the Champions League places for a number of weeks now.
It’s not over yet, but the Reds need to get back to winning ways as soon as possible if they are to claim one of those coveted top five positions.
Tottenham vs Nottingham Forest betting tips
Nuno Espirito Santo endured a rough few weeks as Tottenham boss in 2021. It would be somewhat ironic if he can get his Nottingham Forest team back to winning ways against the team that ruthlessly sacked him less than four months into his tenure. Our match betting tips are below:
Spurs to win and BTTS
Spurs won their last match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and we believe they have a great chance to get back-to-back wins against Nottingham Forest.
The Lillywhites are 6/4 in the match result market, but we feel if we are going to risk a bet on Spurs, it has to be really worthwhile.
Tottenham have gone seven matches without keeping a clean sheet in the Premier League. Their 1-0 win over Manchester United on Matchday 25 was the last time they recorded a shutout.
Forest have lost four of their last five on the road. They also seem to be coming into a bad run of form at exactly the wrong time of the season.
You can almost double the odds for a Spurs win by adding both teams to score.
Back Spurs to win and yes in both teams to score at 14/5 with BoyleSports
Tottenham to score over 1.5 goals
If you’re a bit dubious about backing the tip above, then this might be the ideal alternative.
Forest have conceded in three of their last four Premier League matches. Furthermore, the Tricky Trees have conceded two goals or more in their last five road trips. They even let in two in their 4-2 win away to Ipswich.
If any more reasons are needed, Forest have conceded 15 goals in their previous five road trips.
Back Spurs to score two or more goals at 10/11 with kwiff
Brennan Johnson to score or assist
When things are going wrong, there’s nothing worse than an old boy coming back to rub your nose in the dirt.
It could be the case that Nuno does exactly that to Spurs. But we can see the Lillywhites getting the better of the Tricky Trees.
Instead, we are looking at Forest old boy Brennan Johnson.
The Welsh international has two goals and two assists in his last two matches. Back him to continue his good form against his former employers.
Back Brennan Johnson to score or assist at 13/10 with bet365
