One person dead after domestic shooting in southwest Calgary​on May 27, 2025 at 4:16 pm

One person is dead and another injured in what city police are calling a domestic incident in the city’s southwest.

At 8:40 a.m. police reported they’d responded to a shooting in a home on the 0-100 block of Patterson Cl. S.W.

“One individual was transported to hospital in non-life threatening condition. A second individual is deceased,” police said in a statement.

There’s no risk to the public and police will continue to invesitagte.
