- Logan Fountain Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $36,240 – $134,820
- North Cove Apartments, Manhattan, for households earning between $22,320 – $184,470
- 38-03 31st Street Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $92,572 – $181,740
- 150 Noll Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $125,520 – $250,380
