Anant Ambani, younger son of Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, will marry Radhika Merchant next month. The wedding ceremony will be held in Jamnagar, Gujarat from March 1 to 3, and more than 1,000 guests, including celebrities such as Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, are expected to attend.
The menu for the Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant pre-wedding bash from March 1-3 will have some 2,500 dishes, including Indori kachoris and poha jalebi. None of the dishes will be repeated.



In
an interview with CNBC-TV18, Anant Ambani revealed that choosing Jamnagar as the wedding venue made sense because his grandmother hails from there and his family loved the city as an important business location for his development. The decision also allows him to celebrate with colleagues and partners.

It is certain that the pre-wedding ceremony will be quite spectacular; More than 2,500 dishes will reportedly be served at the wedding, including Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Balinese, and other international and pan-Asian cuisines. . The menu is prepared especially for foreign guests and consists of four meals a day, including 75 dishes for breakfast, over 225 dishes for lunch, approximately 275 dishes for dinner and over 85 dishes for midnight.

A team of 65 chefs, including 20 women chefs, will travel from Indore to Jamnagar with four trucks full of ingredients to cook this dish. A special Indore Sarafa food stall will also be set up, serving popular local delicacies such as kachoris, poha jalebi and hopla patties.
