An I-290 crash in Hillside, Illinois left at least one person dead on Sunday morning, police said. All inbound lanes are shut down at Wolf Road.
HILLSIDE, Ill. (WLS) — A deadly wrong-way crash is impacting traffic in the west suburbs on Sunday morning, Illinois State Police said.
ISP said troopers responded to the crash on the Eisenhower Expressway at Wolf Road in Hillside just after 4:15 a.m.

Four vehicles were involved in the crash, which left at least one person dead, ISP said.
ISP said all other motorists involved in the crash were taken to local hospitals with injuries. The number of people hurt and the seriousness of their injuries was not immediately clear.
ISP said all inbound lanes are shut down at Wolf Road in Hillside.
ISP said around 9:30 a.m. that eastbound Interstate 290 lanes are expected to remain closed for another hour or two.
What caused the crash was not immediately clear.
Authorities did not immediately provide further information about the crash.
