The NFL and Miami Dolphins teamed up for one of South Florida’s largest cancer research fundraisers during the 15th annual Dolphins Cancer Challenge at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday. Doctors, athletes, and cancer survivors flooded the stadium for the event, which featured a variety of activities, including a 5K run and a cycling race spanning up to 10 miles. A woman was killed and another was injured after a shooting at a hotel in the River North neighborhood Saturday night, according to Chicago Police. Officers responded to a person shot on the 300 block of West Grand Avenue around 8:15 and found a 29-year-old woman in a hotel lobby with a gunshot wound to her neck.
